Family Gingerbread House Contest a sweet success

The Family Gingerbread House Contest was a huge success once again this year, bringing together 38 families for an afternoon of creativity, imagination, and fun. Now in its fourth year, this beloved tradition encourages families to spend quality time together while designing creations that “scream gingerbread”—even if they aren’t traditional houses.

Students and their families built everything from houses and treehouses to vehicles, computers, and other unique designs. Beyond the fun, this event helps students strengthen important skills such as fine motor development, engineering, creativity, and teamwork.

We are so proud of all the imaginative entries and grateful to every family who participated. This event continues to be a favorite, and we can’t wait to see what our families dream up next year!
